One to three days depending on the training. In the two three-day trainings, the first two days are consecutive and the third takes place a few weeks later, once participants have put the tools into practice.

Yes. Participants receive a certificate of completion for the training they have followed.

The manager-leader toolkit, over three days. It covers setting a frame, constructive feedback, reframing, delegation, one-to-ones and adapting your management to each profile. Non-financial motivation levers and team coaching is the natural next step.

Training gives a group shared tools and methods. Individual coaching is fully personalised: it is built around a specific objective set by the coachee and follows them over several sessions.

Individual coaching totals twelve hours, in sessions of one and a half to two hours, so around six to eight sessions. The number of sessions is set before the coaching begins.

Yes. Before the coaching starts, you meet two or three certified coaches and choose the one you will work with. The bond between coach and coachee is the keystone of successful coaching.

In English, French or Spanish. Both languages this site is published in are delivery languages, so French-speaking and English-speaking teams can follow the same programme.

Yes. Every training offered in Mauritius is delivered for your team alone, at your premises or at a venue you choose. Several trainings can also be delivered remotely.

Group size is agreed with you when the training is prepared, according to its objective and the number of people concerned. For team coaching, the format is built with the sponsor around the size of the team.

Trainings are delivered in-company, so fees are quoted per group, according to the training, its duration and the location. On request, you receive a quotation and the detailed programme within 72 working hours.

At your premises anywhere in Mauritius, at a venue you choose, or remotely for the trainings available online. Individual coaching sessions can be held in person, by video, or a mix of both.
